When I first joined, I was just hoping to get a bit fitter, but what I found was so much more than a gym. The trainers are incredibly supportive, always pushing you to do your best while making sure you feel comfortable and confident. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and every session leaves me feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.What really makes this place special is the community. Everyone cheers each other on, celebrates progress, and makes you feel part of something bigger. It’s motivating, positive, and genuinely uplifting, the kind of environment that makes you look forward to working out. Joining this gym has not only transformed my fitness but also my mindset, discipline, and confidence. You just have to go there and experience it yourself words cannot describe INPUT HUB🩵🩵

What a hive of activity surrounding my frequent visits. I feel very connected with a wonderful community of staff and patrons, and enjoy every moment of my classes and PT sessions. (Thanks Rob!). I'm still trying to work out my fitness goals, but feel totally supported every step of the way. Highly recommend this very customer focused Health Hub.

Great gym !! Has everything you need and more , just did the boxing class which was great. I took their 7 day trial offer but will be joining fully very soon . Staff also are very polite and friendly 😊

I've enjoyed boxing since my early 20's but it can be hard to find a good class. I highly recommend Adim at Input Health Hub. Dimmy isn't just super knowledgable but is super kind and super fun! His classes have a great vibe and he makes sure everyone gets the most out of it. I give Dim a 5/5.

Staff are incredible and the gym has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve always been satisfied with the available floor space too and they’re not shy to upgrade or replace equipment when necessary.

Best gym on the peninsula. The recovery rooms are second to none one. Love the cold plunge and traditional sauna combo, especially after a Lockerroom session

I love it here at Input! Feels like home. The staff are absolutely incredible and so friendly to chat to and they always make you feel welcome. ❤️ So many different options for classes too. Grateful to Input for everything that they do! Makes my day going there. Xx
