My eyelashes had started growing downward (basically like eye curtains 🤦🏻‍♀️), so I booked the Keratin Lash Lift and Sculpt service at Bocaj. Katya did my treatment and the results are fantastic, my lashes are now beautifully lifted and look so much better. What I really appreciated was how invested the team was in getting a great result. Even though the salon was very busy, the staff still took the time to make customers feel valued and well looked after. If you have lashes that grow straight or downward like mine, I’d definitely recommend this service at Bocaj. I’m very happy with the results and looking forward to my next appointment.

The whole team is wonderful, everyone says hello and makes you feel less like a client and more like a friend. It’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely professional all at once. As for the brows, I initially booked a consultation with Steph because I had a lot of worries and concerns. She took the time to go through everything with me, explained the process in detail, and completely reassured me. I felt so confident that I booked my appointment as soon as the consult was done. A week later, we reconfirmed everything again for clarity, which just shows how thorough and considered she is. The numbing cream works, you genuinely feel nothing. Waxing is honestly a hundred times more painful. And the result? Absolutely incredible. The shape, the colour, the detail, perfection. My biggest advice: listen to Steph, follow the process, and understand what happens during the healing phase (especially with colour changes). Trust the expertise. You won’t regret it.

I just had my combo brow tattoo done at Bocaj Beauty, and honestly… WOW. Jacob is absolutely amazing so friendly, so confident in what he does, and you can truly see how much he loves his work. He’s an artist, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. From the moment I walked in (with eyebrows that nobody had touched in ages!) to walking out with perfectly shaped, flawless tattooed brows… I was blown away. The salon is stunning too, with a white and burgundy colour palette through the space, and even a cute Hello Kitty themed pink room if you want to get your nails done. Jacob has absolutely killed my brows! I have/had very patchy thick dark dark brows, and he ticked every single box I asked to change and fill in about my brows, safe to say I am so obsessed, if your sitting there worrying about if it’s worth it, GET IT DONE!!! 🤎🤎🤎
