I’ve been going to The Skin Boutique Elwood for several years now and have consistently had really good experiences. Natalie has been great - friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on results! She explains aftercare clearly and checks in on progress, which I really appreciate. The team overall is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, and they’re flexible and accommodating with rescheduling when needed, including adjusting timing to make sure you’re getting the best possible results. The long-term laser results have been excellent and it’s made a big difference to how comfortable I feel with my skin. I’d highly recommend the clinic!

I’ve been a long time customer of TSB Elwood. I’ve had set therapists over the years (which I prefer), who have all been great. My current therapist is Kaity who is also great. I trust the products she uses which will benefit my skin during facials. Kaity is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional which I always appreciate.

Absolutely phenomenal experience every time with Jayde! She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and always takes the time to explain what my skin needs and why. My skin has never looked or felt better. Beyond her talent, she is so kind, warm, and genuinely cares about her clients. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in her work.
