Pando Society

Love love love. It’s become my wellness spot now, despite me living about 45 minutes away! So far, I have gone for a remedial and a sauna and plunge experience (as pictured). The place has been such a self-care treat for me. Front desk staff are also incredibly lovely, and always happy to answer my questions through phone or after an appointment. I plan to go here for a monthly remedial massage - I’ve had such a relief in my neck and upper body tightness since seeing Lara. She’s so warm, and absolutely knows her stuff! Sauna and plunge is also such a wonderful experience. 50mins in a space all to yourself. Towel is included, phone can be hooked up to the sauna via bluetooth so you can play music or meditations, there is a water station, and also a bathroom. I had to ask if it was a year round thing and not only available in certain seasons. Front staff said the sauna and plunge was year round, so I look forward to making more appointments! Absolutely love it.

I visited Pando Society for the first time this morning for Breathwork with Josh! The space was calming and the session was ran incredibly well. Josh is an incredible teacher and provides a safe space for you to feel whatever comes up in your session. I definitely recommend Josh & Pando Society for your wellness needs! Keep up the great work team.

I’ve been seeing Asena at Pando Society for the past month and a half for neck pain, tension through my shoulders and traps lower back discomfort and migraines. From my first appointment, it was clear how thorough and knowledgeable she is. She took the time to assess everything properly and actually identified the root cause of my migraines. My pain levels have dropped, my range of movement has improved, and overall my body just feels healthier and more supported. Her treatments are detailed and intentional every single time!!!

What a breath of fresh air walking into Pando Society. Such a friendly and welcoming team. It really is the one stop shop for my Chiropractor, naturopath, Pilates, Sauna and plunge pool sessions. Can't recommend Jake the Chiro enough. I always walk out feeling amazing after my adjustments.

First time at Pando today and saw Carolyn for chiropractic care postpartum. All I can say is wow! Such a thorough consultation and left feeling more free in my body after 1 session. Really looking forward to continued care here. The place itself has such a beautiful feel. I immediately felt relaxed in the waiting room and loved the energy from all the staff. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The sauna is hot and the ice bath is cold. The outside area is lovely and relaxing. I love the plants and the electrolyte drink is a nice touch. Plus the staff are not only welcoming but seem genuinely really happy, it’s infectious!

I absolutely love this studio! The traditional mat classes are challenging but SO rewarding. Mia brings such a beautiful, positive energy every time she teaches. The sauna/ice bath session is also divine - highly recommend 🫶🏻
