Very disappointing and frankly shocking experience. I drove 45 minutes from the city for my appointment. I called ahead to say I might be a few minutes late due to the long drive/traffic and was clearly told, "It’s okay," as long as it didn’t exceed 15 minutes. I arrived only two minutes late — yet I was refused treatment. I was then told, "I have back-to-back clients, I absolutely can’t see you." Interestingly, I am still sitting outside the clinic as I write this review, and there are no clients inside. The photo I’m attaching speaks for itself. To make matters worse, I was seated and kept waiting for about five minutes, and that waiting time was then conveniently counted as part of my "lateness." That is simply unfair and illogical. After a long drive, prior notice, and being well within the stated grace period, being turned away like this felt dismissive, rigid, and completely lacking in customer care. Policies are understandable — but common sense, honesty, and basic respect for clients should exist too. Extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing experience at Latox Cosmetics. I’ve been to many places over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve finally found the best out there. Nurse Rose’s work is truly the best in the business, precise, natural, and done with so much care. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and her customer service is exceptional. From start to finish I felt listened to, comfortable, and confident. Highly recommend.

I was seen by nurse Rose today, as a first time client and consumer of filler & Botox she explained everything thoroughly and was so gentle and thoughtful throughout the whole appointment, couldn’t recommend anymore… and the results are speechless, she is incredible at her work. I can't recommend Nurse Rose enough! I walked into the clinic one evening in tears, dealing with severe grinding and clenching issues. Even though she was about to close, she took me in right away, treated me and made me feel incredibly cared for. I've also had filler dissolved many times elsewhere before, and it’s always been an intensely painful experience, but Rose's technique was so gentle. She made the entire procedure as comfortable as possible, and I felt completely at ease. If you're looking for a kind, professional, and skilled nurse, Rose is your go-to! Nurse Rose is an artist injector who actually tailors treatments based on your natural facial features. She is very ethical and does all the due diligence. I used to be ok with having different nurse injectors, never bothered to follow them wherever they go until I met Rose. I can no longer afford risking getting anything done with anyone else. Congrats on opening your own clinic and thank you so much for the treatments. The results are amazing. you are truly talented!
