Beauty Platform Laurimar

I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Beauty Platform today. I paid $120 for a pedicure and acrylics and honestly received almost nothing for that price. The pedicure was rushed and poorly done. My feet were not soaked at all, and the entire pedicure took about 5 minutes. There was no proper exfoliation done, I had to ask whether it was included, and even then it was clear it hadn’t been done properly. For the amount charged, I expected a basic level of care and professionalism, which was completely lacking. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service.

Leaving this review for a family who has no google account. The staff in the Laurimar branch are very nice IF you’re white. Bear in mind , these women working here are from overseas and still carry the feudal mentality with them that’s why they are nice if you are white as they consider you superior. Now if you’re also Asian like them, then too bad, in their eyes you’re inferior like them, therefore, no customer service for you. WHAT YOU GET IF YOU ARE ASIAN: Uneven nail polish, bubbles in your nail polish, not enough drying time, no water in your foot spa, poor quality pedicure and I mean just outright painting your toenails and that’s it. Mind you, you pay full price for all the sub par service. We took our dearest family there more than once because it was convenient and we also wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, gave them some excuse that maybe they were just busy, etc. Nah, that’s their standard- zero customer service for Asians. I would never recommend this place at all. And as they say, "what goes around comes around".

First time coming here. I went in for a simple gel removal on natural nails and the lady that took the gel off has completely destroyed my natural nails, she used the drill the entire time clearly drilling into my natural nail making them extremely thin. I’ve always had strong long thick healthy nails, I left with almost every single nail hurting. Within the first 2 days every nail had snapped and broke I’ve never in the 10 years of getting my nails done have seen my nails in such a horrible state. Also every finger has these drill marks going under my nail bed so clearly a lot of damage has been caused.

Got biab done for the 2nd time now and was really happy with the result. Girls are friendly and place had an upgrade. Been a loyal customer for 4 years and the old owner THILI IS BACK.

Biab service done today. Very light and comfortable to wear. Staff are nice and friendly. Massage chairs are awesome.

i went to get my toe nails done i ask for french tip about 3 times to the lady but she proceeded to just paint them white so i payed for something i didn’t even want
