Wonderful, high-quality products that smell incredible. The service was great — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The samples and reusable bag were a lovely touch and made the experience feel considered and premium. I understand that the lack of visible prices is part of the aesthetic, but it does make browsing frustrating and interrupts what is otherwise a really enjoyable shopping experience.

The worst Aesop store in Melbourne, no question. The staff are poorly trained, cold, and unprofessional. They never ask about my membership account. I prefer electronic receipts. Every time they rudely tell you to just pay, and the customer has to bring up that they are a member themselves. The South Yarra store and the QV store are both excellent, truly great. This has not happened just once at this store. I have been there three times, and the service was terrible every single time. The overall in store experience was extremely bad. I am a long time Aesop customer. All my skincare and body products at home are Aesop. We will absolutely never come back to this store again!!!!

Amazing product, as a regular customer I was very disappointed with the service I received today. (28/11/2024 evening) young staff member was not interested in helping me but she was happy to give me a lecture about the business and how she does things in the shop. Will not go back to this shop.
