Dragon Nails and Waxing

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the manicurist was genuinely kind and attentive. She engaged in pleasant conversation and thoughtfully offered me a bottle of water — a simple yet much-appreciated gesture, especially in Darwin’s warm climate. The overall experience was delightful and left a very positive impression.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been 3 times not by choice but for convenience and everytime I’ve had to wait around 30 mins. Even after calling before hand to make an appointment. The last two pedicures I had my nails haven’t been trimmed even despite of me asking and same thing today. It is so obviously bad and not shaped evenly even from afar and one of my big toes I fear have been cut too short to the point of injury. Am never going back ever and would not recommend to anyone.

I always go to Dragon Nail Salon and they never disappoint! 💅✨ Even though they were short-staffed today and I didn’t have an appointment, they still managed to fit me in, which I really appreciated. I got builder gel on my fingernails, and Snow did an amazing job, she was so careful and even fixed one of my broken nails perfectly! My nails look beautiful every time. Everyone there is so kind and professional. Highly recommend! ❤️

Most painful Brazilian waxing experience I have ever had. They spread thin wax over a large area and tried to pull it off slowly in one very large piece. The pain was so severe that I had to stop them. I ended up doing part of the wax myself. I trained them on how to do waxing so that they could finish the wax. The male manager came into waxing area, outside my curtain and called the person out mid wax. I got charged extra. I was left with torn and bruised skin. They use powder not waxing oil.

Went on 2 occasions, had gel X with nail art and pedicure. Both were great. They do get busy but reasonable pricing

I get there at 8 am. There was just a lady cleaning the floor who attend me and removed the shellac. The photos can speak by itself. And of course I had to pay for destroying my nails. Can you appreciate the red zones, lines in all over my nails made by the drill,..

I went there 2 weeks ago, price says $40 for Pedicure they charged me $45. They didn't have the colour i wanted, yet they asked me to choose The lady did not shape my nails at all, I had to press the issue before she quickly attempted to shape them, I ended up doing it properly at home. I will never go there again!
