I have been in this store 3 times in the past month … and I haven’t seen the makeup isle be replenished nor… with the correct pricing on sales. There is always boxes everywhere. It’s got to be one of the worst chemist warehouses in VICTORIA!!!! Huge trip hazard ⚠️ and genuinely not doing any good for the store . As a customer you wouldn’t even bother to buy makeup

Good value. Plan how you deliver and collect your scripts. I generally give them 24 hours dropping off in the morning and collecting the next day. Otherwise I sit in my car for 20 minutes instead of waiting inside. Staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I like the easy parking and well stocked store. Easy to get to and can be combined with other interesting shopping in the precinct.

Welcome to 2025 where this store is not responsible for anything you bought from here and 2 days later when you opened the product and it was already half used, I bought these vitamin D for my 4 year old and 3 days later when I had opened the bottle it was used more than half, went straight to the shop and their behaviour was absolutely joke, guy says "anything you buy from here and walk outside we arnt responsible" I was shocked and speechless as they do not care of return policies and they were running the shop like a dollar store where once you walk outside shop is not responsible, people of corio should avoid this shop as soon as possible.

Went here to get a certified copy of a document, was told that they don't do it there and to go to another Chemist Warehouse store. If other Chemist Warehouses do it, then why can't they ?

Major issues at the prescriptions lines is disgraceful lines depending on the day and how long is going to take. Lines are taking customers between 30 minutes to 1 Half and hour to get your prescriptions. First names and last names slow customers service and have services. Needed more faster staff workers not slow workers doesn’t fit the right job to get customers prescriptions. they also need an construction upgrade for lines in Isles lines. And here is the 3 things they need to fix 1 for prescriptions 2 is pick up prescriptions orders and 3 instant pick up prescriptions. This is a complete of a waste of time to get customers prescriptions orders if they make a better upgrade to this slow process of slow prescriptions service

Very rude staff and ever the store manager. And staff have lack of communication. All over the store there was promotion going on and when i was checking out the lady refused and said its not on these products when they have clearly wrote about the brands which are participating in promotion. So the lady had to confirm with her store manager. And firstly she denies and very rudely told me that i am wrong but when i showed her in website she agrees and told the staff to process and walks off while she was walking off she talked to another colleague which i overheard that she could have purchased it online and continued walking and then i got reply from the cashier that the system wasn’t working. Whats the point of opening store when they don’t want us to shop there. And this behaviour is not just in this store many other chemist warehouse in geelong. Staff are unhelpful and gets irritated if asked for help. Clearly they should all read their own promotion before applying in store.

Never EVER will I go back to this pharmacy, they are rude and can’t understand English even after I spelled my name. 5 minutes to find the email for my script then wrote my Medicare number in the scripts. I was told 10/15minutes to wait. As I walked around the store I tripped on boxes left on the floor. Couldn’t find any staff to help. After 20 minutes I asked was my script ready? They told me it’s up next…. I was the only one waiting for a scripts but 20 people behind me. After 45 minutes waiting for my scripts they told me they can’t give me my scripts and "do you really need these?" Excuse me?!? Are you giving me my script and she said no. I walked out after nearly an hour of waiting for a script. They are rude and incompetent, the store is filthy and stock on the floor is very dangerous. There is no staff to help and if you’re lucky enough to find a staff member they have no clue about products they sell. I only gave one star. Cause I had to or else it would be a negative 10!! Get some staff that read and speak English
