Best eyebrows I have ever had done so happy with the result. Fantastic customer service as I was a walk in with no appointment. Wax, threading, henna tint for the most reasonable prices. The salon is beautiful, the chairs are super comfortable, and the music was great. Loved every moment of the experience I had so I highly recommend this business.

The work was good. There was only 1 staff working on January 5, at Carrum Downs shop. They need to make appointments especially when there was 1 person. I called and asked for an appointment. She said come back in 10 minutes. I went there with 3 people already on the chairs and 3 including myself waiting. As I was about to leave, 'I was told go to smart and come in 10 minutes.' Did that when returned 2 people had come and they were taken before me. Very frustrating. I wanted an appt, but said come in 10 minutes. No one will complain. Thank you and the girl was doing job good

Got a lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow threading and tinting from Nilo today and I am IN LOVE!! The service was amazing and Nilo was so kind and accommodating. I feel like a new woman! 😂 Thanks again for your fabulous work and service!

My first visit to this establishment & Nilo took the time to explain her expertise & knowledge about what my eyebrows & lashes required. The end results were fantastic - I had the shape & tint on my eyebrows - colour perfectly matched my hair colour, which is auburn, so not necessarily easy to replicate & the shape was spot on. My eyelashes were attended to in the same manner, flawless - they were permed & tinted - stellar service all around 🙂 Not to mention friendly, personable & attentive. Would highly recommend 👌

I cannot recommend the loveliest ladies in here and the services they provide any higher. I’m so picky with my lashes and they SLAY every single time. And they also take the time to understand exactly what you want, and the prices are unbeatable. If you’re on the fence - you won’t regret it.
