Went to Mac at westfield Carindale for a colour match for both foundation and concealer. Lara served me and was absolutely brilliant. She listened and addressed all my concerns and questions. Lara’s service was absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
11/10 experience!! I was greeted by Aliyah (I hope that's correct) and Steph to help me find a 90's inspired lip look and these wonderful people instantly became my best friends 🤣 Beyond helpful, funny and genuinely kind hearted people! I'll 100% return to MAC Carindale purely from this wonderful experience

Customer service - non-existent, we actively looked for staff and couldnt find anyone. The product shelves were being held together by sticky tape - barely. The products themselves were misplaced and mostly filthy and/or clogged. I gave up attempting to find a colour match and bailed.
Bought a foundation and concealer here. Loved it! The girl there was super nice and friendly. She picked out the perfect foundation and concealer shade for me so fast! I got home and tried it out. I was honestly impressed. Impressed that she picked the perfect shade. Definitely recommend <3
Turned up at MAC, carindale to get my make-up done for formal. Bella did an amazing job! She did EXACTLY what I asked for, was super friendly, and helpful.
