I had the most amazing experience at MAC Cosmetics, thanks to ellie . I came in wanting to change my lipstick routine and try something new, and she honestly took all the time I needed. She patiently went through so many colours with me, gave me great advice, and really listened to what I was looking for. What I loved the most is that she just knew which shades would suit me. She perfectly matched colours to my skin tone and made me feel confident in every choice. Her knowledge, kindness, and genuine care really stood out. MAC Cosmetics should be very proud to have a staff member like ellie . It’s rare these days to find someone so attentive, professional, and passionate about their work. She was absolutely lovely — I truly loved the experience and will definitely be back because of her. Thank you, ellie 💄✨

Got my makeup done for my hens party on Saturday, and I couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out. The makeup artist was so knowledgeable, listened to the kind of style I wanted and style preferences which was a refreshing change. She was so cheerful, made the whole experience really fun! I would absolutely book here again for my makeup in the future, could not fault the work and stayed in place for 14 hours!!

Went to M.A.C cosmetics Carousel Cannington Sunday 23/03/25 and was served by one very Amazing lady, her name is Chloe. 10/10 service I received she was so lovely and pleasant. Spent a good hour while in the shop as I was buying few products for my sisters so had to make sure I picked the right colour matches. I recently visited the store for the first time last week to get some help in starting my journey of make up. I met Bella that day, she was so patient, informative and helpful as she provided me the perfect fondation for my skin tone, while also explaining/demonstrating the products to me while applying the makeover. She gave me great advice on how/where to apply and what tools to use along with the products. She helped me feel beautiful again. Bella is amazing in her craft and service, she was also so understanding when I had to stop mid way through to take my 4yr old to the bathroom. I ended up with a great skin care and foundation routine after that day. Thank you so much Bella xx

The lady on the shop ignored us while we are waiting outside. Closing time is 5.30pm but we went there at 5.15pm and as soon we had eye contact she went other side of the shop while the door is shut. Will make official complaint since it’s my sisters last day before she left to UK and we wanted to get her something. And for that lazy employee we couldn’t do it.
