Excellent customer service from Samantha S! She came up and offered to help when we were struggling to find the right concealer. She did a skin analysis for us and gave some helpful advice to make sure we got the right shade. We were also searching for a very specific eyeshadow and she didn't stop until she found us the exact type we wanted.

Sephora Canberra- some staff extremely rude & nasty! They are so particular about providing samples ie minimum 2 regardless even if you purchase thousands of dollars of products. When a staff provided an additional sample, a bloke called Harry used the lady in charge at the counter by using the public microphone to admonish the staff member serving me. When I complained to the manager, I was given to understand she & her team members had a good laugh among themselves instead of addressing my complaint! I hope someone in charge with good customer skills really addresses this matter asap & all the staff concerned.

I have recently had an amazing experience at Sephora, I walked in the other day and was looking around and got approached by a lovely young lady called Criselda, we had a lovely conversation and she helped me heaps with all of the products. I wasn’t 100% sure on what to buy but her amazing product knowledge and recommendations helped me select the ones that I needed and her friendly energy made the experience so much more enjoyable. Need more workers like her in all workplaces. Nice and tidy store, everything easy to locate. The products I absolutely love the products that I have purchased and they have me feeling absolutely exceptional, I couldn’t thank Criselda enough. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in today and was appalled by lydia on the registers customer service. She was rude and she spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manor making me feel embarrassed infront of a line of customers. Ashlee on the other hand was lovely offering to help with a big smile on her face.

I wanted to talk about my fantastic experience i had at Sephora on Saturday (18/10) i think her name was Alyssa M, but i was looking into getting the Haus Labs Foundation and she helped me with a colour match, Alyssa was fantastic! She went above and beyond for me, she answered all my questions and gave me some really helpful advice, i would love to thank Alyssa for all the help she gave me and making my shopping experience at Sephora very special, thank you agajn!
