I’m quite a shy person and usually feel a bit nervous in perfume stores, but Mohammad was incredibly warm and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took the time to understand what I liked, without any pressure. Such professional, thoughtful service! I had a really lovely experience. Highly recommend asking for Mohammad!

Great range and lovely staff! The store has plenty of variety and I found everything I needed very easily. The staff were lovely and helpful. The only small thing I’d mention is that when you spend over $300, the manager can offer some free samples, but I didn’t receive any even though I bought quite a lot. It’s not a big issue, but a little extra care would make the experience perfect. Overall, great shop

I recently visited Mecca Canberra centre and Bindi helped me with my color match for Charlette Tilburry brand. She was so good with finding out about my need and finding the perfect shade for my skin in foundations. I am impressed and thank you Bindi. Will come back for more.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jacinta today at Mecca Canberra Centre, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she approached me with kindness and offered assistance, I felt completely at ease. I gave her a brief idea of what I needed, and she instantly came up with product recommendations that were spot-on. Her knowledge of the beauty industry is incredible!!! Not only did she match me with the perfect items, but she also suggested other products that complemented my needs beautifully. Jacinta was proactive, insightful, and answered every question with confidence and clarity. She even took the time to ask how my day was going, and we had a lovely chat! When I realized she was about to clock off, I apologized for keeping her overtime, but she reassured me with such warmth that it was absolutely okay she was genuinely happy to continue helping me for as long as I needed! Her service was a solid 100/10. Honestly, I would’ve bought anything from her at this point because of how smart, genuine, and passionate she is! Jacinta, if you’re reading this thank you! You made my day, and I left extremely happy with everything.

Went into the store on 25/1 and Cleya (Cleia?) helped me out finding a skin tint and a liquid blush. she was SO HELPFUL!! helped me find a tint that wouldn’t make my rosacea flare, wouldn’t irritate my acne and answered all my questions with skill. LOVED HER!

The lovely Paige did my makeup at the new Mecca yesterday and I was thrilled! She gave me an 11/10 service. She was friendly, professional and gave me a beautiful makeup look that made me feel gorgeous and confident. She also made me feel so comfortable. She's an incredibly skilled artist. She was so kind, teaching me some new tips for doing my makeup at home as she went along and recommending me some great products in a way that was caring and professional. I had full confidence in her the second she finished the consultation as it was clear she'd create me a beautiful look that would make me feel confident and beautiful. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with each step of the process. And if I wasn't, I felt comfortable to ask for minor changes and she gladly helped adjust the look till I was happy. The result was a stunning glam look which had just the right amount of me and my personal makeup preferences combined with her skill and artistry. I am so happy with the final look and she was too. Paige is an artist who truly cares about YOU. I wish she could do my makeup for every major event in my life - she's that great! I look forward to bring served by her again.

I had such an amazing facial service at Mecca Canberra with Jess! The whole service was incredibly relaxing especially the facial massages, which were just perfect. Jess used gentle, hydrating products that really helped my dehydrated skin feel refreshed and soothed. I left with glowing skin and even picked up a couple of the products she recommended. She was so knowledgeable and thoughtful and I loved that she gave me a detailed card listing everything she used during the treatment. Highly recommend booking with Jess, she was wonderful!
