I had a makeup and hair style appointment as I needed a pick me up going to a party. I can’t thank the ladies at Devine enough because I felt like a million dollars and year’s younger leaving the salon. I had comments on my makeup from people and I truly loved how I felt. They were so professional and kind and I haven’t felt so comfortable in my self for a long time. I’ve only had my makeup done professionally once before but I’m thinking of doing it when I have something special to go to from now on.

When I moved up to QLD I really struggled to find an eyebrow lady who does threading that doesn't butcher and listens to what you want. I met a beautiful staff member I got to know who was also studying psychology or counselling something like that. Wish I remembered her name. I would only go to her she was incredible. I then had to venture out and tried other staff members. I tell you what! I was nervous with the history of other businesses but I am SO PLEASED to find a business where everyone is amazing. Doesn't matter who I go to they all listen and my eyebrows are exactly how I like it. Ive had Priyanka and Jess as well as another lady I believe starts with an S. They are all amazing and so kind, great customer service. I can't go anywhere else now hahaha. Thank you ladies 🙂

Back again - love the new store! Feels very homely and the lovely ladies take the time to get it right, and make sure I’m always happy with the result! Will be back (again)! I said I’d be back and I was. This time my beautician was Jess, and she was wonderful. I am really happy with my brows! Jess really took the time to make them even and suited to my preference. I really enjoy the store experience - it feels more personal. I will definitely be asking for Jess again when I’m back! Thanks so much!

Had my Brazilian here the first time and it was really good but I just came here and had a girl that obviously had no experience and no training. She doubled dipped the wax stick so she’s contaminated the wax and who knows how many other people she’s done this too. This is how infections spread, she was also blowing on the wax and on me to cool it down!! I stopped her a quarter of the way through cause I was not comfortable with her continuing. She also started to raise her voice at me and I’m lucky they called the manager and she was nice about the situation. Disappointing and will not come back again.
