I recently visited The Beauty Shop Bunbury to find a gift for my wife, and it was an excellent experience! I don’t know much about beauty products, but the staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to listen and recommend the perfect products based on my wife’s preferences. The selection is top-notch, and the shop is well-organized, making it easy to find the right gift. My wife was thrilled with the skincare and fragrance I got her. If you need a thoughtful gift, this is the place to go! 💯

I’ve been shopping at The Beauty Shop for years and can’t fault the service of all the amazing staff. Their product knowledge is second to none and the staff’s willingness to help always makes me feel welcome. Jo has done my makeup on multiple occasions and it’s always fabulous, she is incredibly talented. Highly recommended The Beauty Shop.

Unfortunately, my experience at this beauty shop has consistently been disappointing. I’ve visited a few times, and aside from one younger staff member who was friendly and helpful, the rest of the team—particularly an older lady—came across as quite rude and dismissive. On one occasion, I stood at the counter waiting to be served while she clearly saw me but chose to ignore me for an awkward amount of time before finally attending to me. I was contemplating to just leave while waiting. When I did make a small purchase, she laughed while scanning the items, which made me feel embarrassed and judged. This wasn’t a one-off experience. I’ve felt unwelcome more than once, and sadly, it left me feeling uncomfortable and even discriminated against (i heard her being nice to caucasians - well unfortunately im not one). I would rather shop in the city where the staff are younger, friendlier, and make customers feel valued regardless of how much they’re spending.

Fantastic store and staff to deal with. They are very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable of the products stocked, and services they provide. Definitely recommend.

I visited the beauty store today, and was greeted by a lovely lady called Jo. She was so helpful with the make up that I was after, she knew all her products well. I will be coming back again. Highly recommended:)
