I can’t recommend Bernice enough! She was such a dream to have part of my wedding day. So helpful and organised in the lead up, which made everything feel super easy. On the day her energy was amazing – relaxed, fun and calming – exactly what you want around you on a wedding morning. She did hair and makeup for me, our sisters and our mums, and everyone felt so beautiful. The looks were perfect and lasted all day and night. We honestly couldn’t have been happier 💕

Bernice is an absolute superstar and all round good vibes human - which is just what you want for your wedding day! She did my hair and makeup, and the makeup of my five bridesmaids, and I have actually never felt prettier. She is so talented at what she does, and she's just a really calming presence to have on the morning of your wedding (and has all of these really handy tips and tricks because of course she does). Can't recommend her enough.

Bernice did the most perfect job of my makeup for my wedding on a hot November day, it lasted the whole event, and I felt glamorous and beautiful, yet myself! Bernice has the most wonderful energy and did a fantastic job of putting myself and my bridal party at ease. Which is very impressive, because there was every type of anxious girly in the room 🙋🏻‍♀️ She worked efficiently, firmly and gently, and was so professional yet kind. wedding costs are hard, it all adds up, but I would 100% recommend Bernice and 1000000% hire her services again. so so so grateful she was my MUA on that special day 🩷🩷 took all the stress out of the day to be so taken care of (thank you Bernice)

Bernice is one talented lady! I hired Bernice to do my bridal hair, 5 bridesmaids and a mother of the bride. I was super nervous about getting my hair done as I have had some disasters in the past, but you can have full confidence with Bernice. Not only is she a bubbly gorgeous lady to have around on your special day but she replicated the photo I brought along to my appointment exactly. Not only that but I changed my hairstyle on the day of my wedding and she not only nailed the hairstyle but did it better than I imagined. I was so lucky to have found Once Upon A Bride and Bernice. Bernice styled our hair for my wedding and was able to take my very vague description of what I wanted and turn it into the exact style I was dreaming of. Her guidance with what flowers to order and how to have them so that they best suited the hairstyle was invaluable. Bernice was a joy to have at our house the morning of the wedding and provided three beautiful hairstyles all to the exact requirements asked. Bernice goes above and beyond to ensure that you have exactly what you want, comes to you so you don't have to worry about anything on the morning of your big day and develops any extras needed to make sure your hair style is perfect!
