Mecca Maxima Warringah

Hello, I would like to provide feedback about my experience at the MECCA MAXIMA store in Warringah Mall. I have visited this store around three times, and unfortunately each time I felt ignored by the staff. During my most recent visit today, I was testing a foundation on my skin when a sales assistant approached another customer and stepped directly in front of me without even acknowledging me or saying excuse me. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I ended up leaving the store immediately. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and at least acknowledged when I enter the store. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience in

Had my makeup done by Jasmine F (blonde, 2:45 slot on the 30th of Jan) she did such an amazing job my makeup stayed on all night and the products she used to at I bought have been so good. Super happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea yesterday at Mecca Brookvale. She did my glam make up and nailed the brief! Her care in my appointment was very much appreciated and I felt so good with my make up! She always asked for feedback and I especially loved my eyes and cheeks. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Chelsea!

Paulina was wonderful today! I had very specific needs and asked her for her recommendation. She found me the perfect product right away. She took the time to expertly match my foundation colour, and tested the product on me to ensure I was happy. Not only was she very knowledgeable and talented at applying the product, she was very kind and personable. I will be returning to ask her for her advice on other products soon. Great experience!

Booked to have my makeup for a special event . I don’t usually wear makeup and was quiet nervous it might look to heavy . Jacinta really listened to what I wanted and really put me at ease . The result was beautiful and natural and still looked like me . Highly recommend Mecca Warringah mall and especially Jacinta.

Claudia served me and she was fantastic. Professional, respectful and funny. During the makeup consultation she wasn’t pushy, she was knowledgeable and gave me a comfort level and experience that one really wants in a store like that. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
