Brows Threading

I recently visited Threading Melbourne and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The service is absolutely fantastic. KC is truly amazing—she’s so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Every time I leave, I feel like a million bucks with my brows looking perfect! KC’s attention to detail is unmatched. She’s always thorough, ensuring that my brows are shaped perfectly every time. What I love most is how consistent she is—no matter when I come in, I always know I’m going to leave with flawless brows. If you’re looking for a place to get your brows done, I highly recommend this salon. KC is a true artist, and I’m always so happy with the results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows!

I am writing this review following a highly unsatisfactory eyebrow threading experience today, and sadly, this is a recurring issue. During my appointment, I experienced bleeding on my brow line, which is not only painful but demonstrates a lack of careful technique. I was served by the technician, and unfortunately, every time she performs my service, I end up with nicks and bleeding. I have had my eyebrows threaded successfully at your salon by the other technician, whose skill and results are consistently excellent. Her technique is precise, and I never experience any issues or bleeding with her. It is extremely upsetting to pay $25 for a service and leave with a painful result that compromises the skin. I am very disappointed in the inconsistency of the service quality between your staff members. For a delicate service like threading, the standard should be professional and pain-free across the board. I hope the salon addresses this significant difference in skill and technique immediately. I had a very disappointing experience with eyebrow threading here I just did my threading today. Despite telling them multiple times to be careful, my eyebrows were shaped very badly. One of the staff members was extremely rude and irresponsible, and she tore the skin around my eyebrows, causing pain and irritation. This was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I’m so disappointed. You guys shouldn’t be in there with this unprofessional behaviour I paid 27$ and she tore the skin around my eyebrows

Overpriced for their bad service! I use to be a regular here but I will not go anymore. They are a RIP off with their loyalty cards always marking it like you save money which if they did it properly you do but they don’t!!! If you didn’t get that amount of services done they quickly sign and mark over them and all of a sudden your cards finished and they rudely tell you to buy one and if you don’t they are pushy and ask why? They use to have great service and actually did good work but not anymore. I have had the side of one brow butchered and missing and they acted like nothing and also many time having to go home and pluck unwanted hair that just was not removed! Like other review stated at them treating you like crap once you buy a card, she is correct!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!! I told her during our consultation to keep my eyebrows thick and just to clean them up a little bit. I left in tears because she had threaded my eyebrows almost completely off, leaving me with thinner eyebrows than i have EVER had in my entire life. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE and REFUSED to take any accountability for her mistake. She was speaking a foreign language through earphones the entire time she was doing my eyebrows and was INSANELY HOSTILE AND RUDE. I have NEVER met anyone as UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, HOSTILE AND UNPROFESSIONAL as this worker. I cannot believe she is allowed to be a service worker, let alone the owner of that business. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE IN TEARS!!!

So yesterday, I went to get my Eyebrows done, told the lady there about 7 times to not remove alot of hair as I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows. Not only did she remove more hair than necessary but made my eyebrows uneven! to a point that I had one eyebrow higher that the other!!!! When i went back, instead of trying to fix the issue she blamed my face for my uneven brows and that it was my fault i only asked for a clean up and not reshaping! Terrible attitude and service from this young lady... 9 years and she is still unable to do a decent job! I would NEVER go back if the dark haired lady is the tech! bad attitude and bad service..
