Always beautiful customer service, very clean shop. Very attentive staff. The young girl who I spoke with Monday morning was very kind. Going in there and shopping was just like shopping with a best friend! And as always, so many wonderful gift items, very good quality. Definitely gonna come back.

Lovely range of products however the customer service is lacking. Every customer was spoken to and asked if they require assistance however I was walked past multiple times.

I phoned the store this week for some assistance and spoke to the lovely Ali. She went above and beyond, helping me with all of my questions as I explained I couldn't come in-store but would be ordering online. Nothing was too difficult and she was so patient. I ordered online and she then did my local delivery that same day. Talk about fabulous service! Thank you. We're so lucky to have a wonderful shop like this in Bendigo. This isn't my first time shopping here but has reminded me why I love to shop locally.

Had the best experience in this amazing little store. The two ladies there assisted me with wrapping paper choices and even wrapped a major gift for my gf as they could see I was going to struggle! Fantastic service with a smile. Highly recommend!

Charlie was very helpful he was able to point me in the right direction and had just what I was after.. his customer service skills were very professional and he was very supportive The management are really nice to me there they always say hello and let me have a chat I'll definitely keep coming back
