This review was written while Diep still owned the business, I can no longer attest to the business, their services or quality under the current owners. Best place for nails hands down! I've been coming here for years now and I keep coming back. They're so accommodating and make every visit so welcoming, professional with a personal touch.

I had previously given 5 starts but it is no longer Bamboo Fingers, the management has changed and I no longer recommend this salon. My favourite place to go to get my nails done for a personal as well as professional service. I always feel welcome and the staff are so lovely!

I had laser treatment provided by Diep and had no issues, other than her being late sometimes. Since early February this year I've learned that there was an issue with the business, and Diep had no access to the premises of the salon. Sounds crazy enough. My issue is that I prepaid $150 for the service I have never received, and noone would give me a full refund now. Diep gave me a contact number for the new owner, who denies being such. What a messy situation. As a matter of principle, I am taking this to the consumer affairs. People can make bad business decisions, but it shouldn't affect the clients, as long as the business is functional.

Lovely ladies at the salon! Have had my lash extensions for just over a month and they have held up so so well. I went on holiday which included a lot of sand, swimming and other activities and still the lashes held up beautifully. Loved my lashes and would definitely return ❤️

Mia and I have had the best experiences and treatments. Thank you Diep - Mia has glowing skin, great nails and the IPL is fantastic. Thank you for the great service and fitting us in when ever you can. We appreciate your flexibility, kindness and fantastic service . The quality of the lashes, nails and facials are amazing ! I really love the indoor plants as well - the succulents make such good gifts when I am in a hurry . Xxxx

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and it was wonderful. My mom, friend and I had the place all to ourselves, and they made it such a fun experience. Plus, our nails looked great! Would definitely recommend coming here.

I have been a loyal client of Deip’s for several years. About a year ago a new girl Nasrin joined the staff. During this time, whenever assisting Deip, Nasrin needed to be managed in order to perform basic treatments. For example she would fill the foot tub, then leave you soaking your feet for an indefinite period of time. This became such a problem, that for me, Deip was the only one I’d allow to remove excess skin and shape my nails (feet and fingers). I also observed that Nasrin would often wander off in the middle of treatment with others, requiring Deip to remind her, or redirect her back to the task at hand. The only time I booked a facial with Nasrin, (Deip was on holidays), Nasrin didn’t cover my eyes before turning on the bright light to check for blemishes. I covered my eyes against the light, so she turned the spotlight off, and did not perform the necessary extractions I’d requested. I’ve recently learned that Nasrin has taken over this business, and as such I can no longer recommend this business to anyone, at all. I’m looking for an alternative salon, & I suggest you do too.
