There are a couple of staff who are quite nice, sadly the rest are quite rude. One young lady in particular thinks customers are a real nuisance. There is a term for her non-expressive, non-smiling face "resting ….. face". This young lady serves me regularly, unfortunately. She never says please or thank you just looks at me blankly as if to say you really are interrupting my ‘doing nothing’ time, the look she gives and the attitude she has is as if I’m a piece of dirt she has scraped off her shoe. You really need to do something about your staff. Not one person I’ve spoke to has anything positive to say about them.

Atrocious… left standing waiting to put script in and ignored when i was the only one there. Left standing waiting for script pickup and watched the girls hiding out the back to avoid customers and return to serve people not standing under the sripts out sign. Both times i had to ask whats going on. Ive never been here before, and will never return.

absolute gobsmacked at the staff member who thought it'd be great to be very loud when talking about private health issues, so loud the store which was very busy mind you could hear everything. No need to be rude .

Wow, I feel I needed to write a review due to all the negative reviews I have just read. I have never at any time found the staff to be rude. Counter staff and pharmacists have always been very polite and helpful. I actually commend the team for their customer service. It is a busy pharmacy and at times there is a line-up, ok, this can sometimes be a tad annoying when you are in a screaming hurry. I guess you just need to pick your times that you go into the pharmacy. My only complaint would be pricing. Pricing could be more competitive. They are generally on the high side for products in-store.

Pretty good all-round but the only chemist where I have been told I have to book an appointment to ask the Pharmacist a straight forward question. If they are that busy then perhaps they need more staff. No problem to ask the same question at the other place up the road.

So aggressive, rude and abrupt. The pharmacist I spoke to was incredibly rude and abrupt, and refused to listen to me or help me, regardless of the procedure the doctor had told me to follow. This pharmacist in particular is always rude and abrupt ever single time I have had to deal with him. I would not recommend him to anyone! Go to the Treendale Pharmacy instead, the pharmacist and the owner there are go above and beyond and are great to deal with.

I will never come to this store again. Very slow service. Seems to be very dysfunctional system for collecting scripts. They need to do better
