The worst experience I could imagine! The equipment and work surface was dirty. I asked for soft gel extensions, not acrylics that cause potential damage to the natural nail. Well, my nails following soft gell expansions are so damaged. The soft nail extension on one finger lifted from the base, causing pain to my natural nails. So I went to a reputable therapist to have the extensions removed. My natural nails have separated from the bed and are peeling and splitting. The therapist said my nails should not have been severely filed down in the nail bed.

Unfortunately we will not be going back. Two adults and two children and the service was not good. The lady was very rude and was laughing at my daughter because she did not like the drill when completing her pedicure as she has sensory issues. Then they forgot to turn the tap off and almost overflowed it and when I was getting my pedicure done the hot water almost burnt my feet it was so hot. My niece also has to miss out on getting her nails on due to lack of organisation. My nails looked beautiful and still going strong but the ladies are very rude.

I came to this salon for a full set of nails and a pedicure. I spent more than two hours there. To be fair, the ladies who did the pedicure were very professional and did a great job. I was quite happy with that part of the service. However, the experience completely changed when it came to my nails. One lady, who seemed to have worked there for a long time, provided the worst service I’ve ever had. She was quite rude and constantly on her phone. When she started doing my nails, she kept talking on the phone and even began live streaming right in front of me, placing her phone on the table while chatting and laughing with her friends while working. It felt very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable because she clearly wasn’t focused on my nails. The result was worse than I expected, the shape was uneven, and the polish looked rough and lumpy. I honestly don’t think this nail service was worth the money I paid. I could also see other customers looked uncomfortable too, but they chose to stay quiet. If you want to chat or live stream, please do it at home, not while serving paying customers. I hope no one else has to experience such unprofessional service.

Not a good experience. The place was messy/dirty, one lady was quite rude, she had her phone live streaming and seemed more interested in that than my nails. My nails were left soaking in acetone for maybe half an hour, today my skin is very dry and peeling. My nails are uneven and the polish is lumpy. I’ve been to many nail salons across the world and I’m sad to say this is the worst I’ve experienced. Won’t be going back.

Staff were in staffroom waited 10 min to be acknowledged. During pedicure staff member couldn't be bothered nail bed not cleaned properly come here alot but not anymore very disappointing

I had a very positive experience this morning. Attention to detail. Great nail filing, the shape was exactly what I asked for and the gel was applied very carefully. The acrylic was not thick. Will definitely go back !

Since new ownership and all new experienced staff 10 months ago. I've been getting my nails done by the mother and daughter and team every 3 weeks for refills for 9 months now. I'm SO happy with my nails, just perfect every time, never have fallen off and last till my next refill. And whatever different design I choose for my acrylic refills. Pedicure and massages are awesome, too. Be prepared to wait, but it's worth it! Treat it as your relaxation time out for You! Thanks ladies keep up the great work x
