I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I usually come here because there are two ladies who do a good job, but today was completely unacceptable. During my pedicure, the lady cut deep into my toe cuticle. It hurt so badly that I screamed and it started bleeding. Despite this, she did not apologise, did not stop, and did not sterilise the area. She simply continued as if nothing had happened. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, not a language issue. The cut is so painful that I cannot even wear closed shoes. This has affected my day and comfort, and it should never happen during a professional service. She then rushed through my manicure, and on my left thumb the shellac is missing a chunk — the nail is clearly unfinished. The service felt careless and rushed, with no attention to detail. I paid cash, which is supposed to be cheaper, yet I was charged more than usual. Pricing here is inconsistent every visit — cash or card, the amount is never the same for the same service. After being hurt, rushed, and leaving with unfinished nails, being charged $85 made it even more upsetting. Today made me feel like they did not care about my pain, my safety, or fair pricing. I will be looking for another salon.

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and couldn’t be happier! I got chrome French tips and they turned out absolutely stunning — elegant, modern, and exactly what I envisioned. The attention to detail was amazing, and the shape and finish were perfect. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the staff were so friendly and patient, making sure every detail was just right. Highly recommend!

I was a bit skeptical before going in cuz of the bad reviews. But just give them a chance….they were so nice and gave me the nail art on each finger of both hands for FREE. A perfect service with perfect nails only costed me $60 for which i was hearing much higher quote's!! Just go in and try for yourself people. I know experiences can be different for some people but they just see for yourself.

I went in for a manicure and shellac, but unfortunately won’t be coming back as many things went wrong. Firstly, the colour that I asked for wasn’t available, which I wasn’t too bothered with as the nail tech told me she had something very similar. However, the nail polish she picked had a completely different finish (the one I picked was semi translucent and she picked a very opaque polish - colour match also wasn’t that great). I decided not to let that ruin things as the colour she picked was still nice. However, as she was applying the polish, there were lots of air bubbles/ dust particles on the nails. I pointed it out to her and she tried to fix it by going over the nails with more polish which made them less bumpy - it didn’t fully go away - but also much thicker. On top of that the manicure didn’t contain much, I feel like she barely touched my cuticles… (see photo) At the end of the service I knew I probably wasn’t coming back, but felt like the nails looked alright enough for me to pay for the service. However, when I got home the first nail started to chip. The next morning I had another chipped nail and that night another nail decided to let go all together (see photo) I regularly get my nails done, and am not extremely picky, but I have never experienced anything quite as bad as this… The photo are taken two days after getting the nails done

I have been going to this nail salon for years now. Helena is the absolute best. She takes her time and puts effort into the details of the nails! A very long time happy customer 🙂

Helen and helena both a great nail artist. She know how to handle my nail with care and ensure i am always happy with the result. I always coming back to do my mani and pedicure. Definitely recommend them for my family and friends. Thank you so much

I've been a nail biter all my life and it makes me very self conscious. I've never been to a nail salon because of it as well, but recently I got engaged and my partner offered to get my nails done to show off the ring so I went to this salon very nervous and awkward. The staff were extremely accommodating and so lovely to me! They asked what I wanted and gave me an explanation on the best shape and size for my nails. They look great!! I'm so happy and thank you to the staff for helping me through something that was very scary for me.
