We had excellent service from Sherry in the mattress department, firstly for myself on Friday and again today, visiting with my husband. Who knew there was so much information to know about mattresses? Sherry was super nice and very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever met someone so helpful in a department store before. Thanks for making the purchase of a new mattress far less daunting, Sherry! Myer are so lucky to have you 😁

12/2 3:50pm Purchased Lancome cream. Wanted to use my $20 ereward I accrued from the Christmas period, it was set to expire 12/2 11:59pm, however when I pressed on the link to the voucher it had already expired. The Lancome lady was nice and enlisted the help of another gentleman with a beard who was not nice. He was incredibly rude. He (barely) explained that I needed to activate the link 24hours prior to expiry however this is not written in the fine print. He was very condescending as he said that’s why I need to read the terms and conditions with every email I get. So he said I should have activated it yesterday and there’s nothing we (Myer) could do. I had another $10 ereward expiring tomorrow yet I still couldn’t access it today, as the link said it was expired. According to the man’s logic, I should be able to as it’s 24hrs prior. I called MyerOne support after I made my purchase and the lady on the phone mentioned they had an outage which may have affected my links. She said she will resend my voucher which will arrive in 3-5 business days. To the man at Rundle MyerCentre If you don’t know please just say you don’t know. Don’t lie or pretend to know and especially don’t be rude about it. Super disappointing experience.

I had an excellent experience at Chanel particularly with Amanda and Berlin from Chanel Beauty. She provided fantastic service was knowledgeable about the products and made the experience enjoyable. They're also very helpful and ensured I was well taken care of. This was my second or more positive experience at this store and I'm thrilled with the level of customer care. Highly recommended.

I have visited the Myer Melbourne store. Here I got a chance to visit the Adelaide store. Situated at the heart of CBD Adelaide. The store is perfectly arranged and Managed by Myer as always. The store is spacious and you will see all the leading brands here. Please come and visit. Although prices may differ here. Prices may be higher compare to brand store. Overall I am happy with the store and arrangement. Of course it's MYER.

I went to the Myer store at Rundle Mall, where I was told by a staff member that I could exchange the T-shirt at any Country Road store, as long as it was not a sale item. Based on this information, I purchased a full-price T-shirt. However, when I went to a Country Road store to exchange it, I was informed that exchanges can only be made at the original Myer store. This situation happened because I was given incorrect information by your staff. If I had been told the correct policy, I would not have made this purchase. I believe your staff should be better trained to provide accurate information to customers, as this kind of mistake is misleading and unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this experience .

Visited menswear department. Good choice of items. Bought shoes and then returned later and bought hat. Served by Penny both times. She is lovely and very helpful. Thanks Penny.
