Victoria was amazing! From initial contact my messages were answered in a timely manner, the communication from her was clear, her pricing was affordable and her instructions were easy to follow. Thankfully there was nothing I needed to prepare for my appointment, which relieved me from any stress and added expense on scrubs, microdermabrasians, or skincare. Initially, I thought she sounded too good to be true, but forgetting my regular beautician had gone away, and relying on my daughters, who were busy themselves, to organise me an appointment, I was left scrambling for a makeup and hair stylelist. Thankfully and humbly Victoria blew my doubts out of the water! She is relateable, organised, reliable, creative, knowledgeable and great at what shes does. She explained what products she used and applied products that were primarily environmentally friendly. My makeup lasted all day, and my hair was next level. As the mother of the groom I felt and looked glamorous, and got lots of compliments throughout the whole day. Victoria listened and followed threw with everything I asked for, great customer service and I highly recommend her.

Her communication was prompt and clear from the start, and on the day she remained calm and flexible despite our hectic schedule around a late finish at the rowing regatta. An absolutely amazing woman! She was accomodating, flexible & kind - making the experience so enjoyable. Everything was absolutely exceptional! Victoria did an incredible job — I felt so comfortable and confident, which means a lot coming from someone who rarely gets glammed up. My skin handled the makeup beautifully, the makeup lasted flawlessly all day, and my hair was beyond amazing — it held perfectly for days! I still had lovely bouncy curls for almost a week, even after brushing it daily (my hair never holds curl's). She has kept in contact after to follow up on how my hair & makeup held & has sent me products she recommends I try and what she used on the day. Victoria’s customer service is something you don’t find often. I can’t recommend her enough!
