I had been in Sydney for a fortnight so I used to ride with a 7-series BMW I was always offered free fresh water and I can nicely chat with the driver I can appreciate even rides to the shore (Bondi Beach) or a tour in the old city but I appreciate most the transfers from and to the airport with reserved parking. The driver was only on time, always dressed in suit. Car was like new, clean and confortable. I never forget these days in Sydney. Professional for professionals. That is what I need.
Driver did not follow the pre arranged pick up from the hotel.The driver was not prepared to take 3 passengers to the airport with 3 cases as his car boot was half full with his own personal belongings. The driver then left us on the street. I then had a angry call from the office telling me off that I need to upgrade to SUV if I want to go to the airport but then he agreed to despatched another car with empty boot but told me that 3 of us have to sit at the back(not sure why). One of us have have leg injury so no way he could get in at the back with two others. They created a total chaos and stress for us. We ended up getting into different taxi wich we had to pay extra $60. Totall mess with pre booked pre paid service. I requested a refund but I had single word of reply NO.He then refused to speak to me.His English was very challenging to understand.ONE star only .
We found the service to be well presented, courteous and very prompt. The staff arrived on time in a modern, very well maintained and luxury fleet. Thanks for a safe trip from the airport.
