Think you hire a car and away you go RACV gave me a rental car only to find out that I am only allowed to drive 200 kilometres a day from Cobram to Frankston is more than a 100 kilometres more than that and i wanted to see my fiance who's sick with cancer does that matter to RACV or car rental I've been paying car insurance for years to RACV but they don't care i won't recommend either of them
Pre-booked then turned away because I didn’t have physical cards but all digitised through pay pass and vic roads. Probably should have told us this. Not helpful, outdated systems
