Very very poor service. Please, please avoid these people at all costs. If you have anything being delivered in Mount Isa, request for your agent to pick someone else as the freight company. They are absolutely rude and have zero protocol when it comes to letting you know when they will be delivering. I spoke to Sandra? who was absolutely horrible and rough as guts. Just gross customer service. There's no communication when it comes to delivery. I pay over $300 in shipping costs for my high value goods. A phone call to let me know 30 minutes before trying to deliver something twice when I work full-time should be a minimum. A simple phone call. Literally EVERY other company does this. And then they ask me to "get a truck and pick up my own items." Just an awful experience. I don't get how this is a functioning business. I could give zero stars if I was given the option.

Lovely ladies in the office at Mt Isa but the freight guys some where along the line damaged a hand fabricated cabinet pretty badly. Will not use this service again.

Thought they’d forgotten me. But there was a mechanical issue. Amazing service considering the distances they cover here in the centre of Qld and they don’t stop often for a break driving from Townsville to Mt Isa and back…every day. I don’t envy you but I’m grateful. 🙏🏻🙌🏼

Good signage, easy to locate and excellent service. The staff were very helpful: went there to collect my parcel more than an hour earlier than they open (unintentional) and they were still willing to entertain me.

Let message at 8:45am. No return call. Phoned 4hrs later, no explanation. Item arrived at 4:33pm the afternoon before, should have been phoned then or next morning to collect. Not how one runs a client based business.

Terrible customer service. Unresponsive and unhelpful.

Like all transport companies up here they give good service to the region regular service from mt isa to Townville plus!!
