The customer service & flexibility leading up to our move was fantastic. On the actual moving day, the team were friendly and considerate. My only concern was how some items were packed. We had left items in plastic boxes for them to pack & they just put the lid on the box & went to load it. We had to request items to be wrapped individually (photo frames). They did have a new person& I feel he should have been more closely supervised. Would use again but learning for future is to have nothing in any boxes so they are forced to pack/wrap the items properly.

Great service. Booked that morning and the guy came around a picked up all my boxes within the hour. Loved how they charged by item not weight! They pick up, transport and deliver for residential addresses! Just waiting for delivery but don’t expect any issues.

The Allied Team here at Mount Isa were nothing but amazing. They made the process of leaving Mount Isa going to Victoria so easy. Very affordable and took the utmost care on packing my things. Micheal and Viv were who I dealt with mostly and were absolutely amazing in guiding me through the whole process physically and emotionally and mentally. Thanks, team, for everything you helped me with. You made it so much easier for me. The whole team are just wonderful and caring. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Paul & Michael were absolute machines in the systematic approach to packing our worldly possessions. The care and respect that these two men expressed in packing was even mentioned by the guys unpacking our gear, how it had been wrapped and packed so well. We have no intention of moving again, but if need arose, we wouldn't hesitate to use Allied.👍

Fast friendly team on both ends , great service and spot on with the delivery time supplied. Nothing damaged and even remove unwanted boxes.

We found they were all professional,courteous,helpful and very understanding when they arrived at our new address. We also found them in Mount Isa they weren't judgemental and they did really well considering we were on a steep hill. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
