We used this service multiple times over the Xmas break to get us to and from the airport as well as to various locations across Sydney. The service was uniformly flawless, with quality vehicles, safe and knowledgeable drivers, and excellent communication from Faruque, who ensured that we always knew the details of our impending pickup. A big shout out to Frank*, Masum and Rick for getting us to where we needed to be. *Esp Frank, for his boundless patience on Xmas night 😉

Unfortunately, our pick up experience from Sydney airport was very unsatisfactory - for a number of reasons: 1. While we were flying to Sydney we received a text message confirming that we had cancelled our booking. We have no idea what prompted that but we were able to get our booking reinstated before we arrived. 2. We received a text message from our driver on arrival asking us to contact him when we had picked up our luggage, which we subsequently did. However, despite having been asked for the name to go on the sign for us to find the driver, this driver had no intention of coming in to the terminal to greet us. 3. After a couple of text messages and a phone call the driver asked us to walk out of the terminal to the "rideshare" area. We had no idea where we were going nor who or what we were looking for once we got out there. Eventually we found our driver who took us to his vehicle. 4. Despite our booking being for 6 people and their luggage, the vehicle was not big enough but we did all manage to squeeze in. In summary, what was supposed to be a "stress free" pick up from Sydney airport turned out to be a very stressful experience. Fortunately, our return trip back to the airport was exactly what we expected - driver on time, correct vehicle size, no stress!

I have used Sydney Limousine Service 3 times now. The first time was with Jay (beautiful LEXUS and he was friendly, professional & courteous). The second time was with Uddin in his brand new AUDI Q7. Luxurious ++ & he was friendly, professional & courteous. Tonight was the 3rd time with Masum & his black Mercedes. He was amazing, it took 30mins for my luggage to come out Masum came into the terminal when i told him i was still waiting & also the fact that i was using a walking stick. He was also friendly, professional & courteous. He went above & beyond. I will need them again in about 10days & at the end of October , I have no hesitation in using them again. Sydney Limousine Services really helped me out when I was in a bit of pickle, I greatly appreciate the service they offered. Faruque was friendly and incredibly professional when I called with a last minute/same day transfer request for a group of travelers arriving into Sydney. I could not have asked for better. Fabulous service. Seamlessly organised with timely communication to let us know the car was arriving to take our year 12 group to their graduation formal. The 12 seater mercedes was lovely-clean and spacious- and the lights an unexpected bit of fun. Please thank driver John for his professionalism and good natured kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
