From the start of the booking process till the finish of the task, the service they provided has been exceptional. We had to change our removal date few times, Jaydn the chief, understood the situation and without stress accepted the new move date, he is simply a legend. This flexibility really helped us focus on other aspects of the move. All members of his team were passionate and dedicated to their work. We had Roderick Removals take our furniture from Gladstone to Hervey Bay, uplift on a Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday which took all the pressure off us and their crew were just fantastic, and so professional and nothing was a bother to them when we were trying to decide where our furniture should go in each room, they helped by trying spots for the furniture. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat, their price for this removal was really competitive and there were no storage costs for the furniture to stay in their depot on the Wednesday night. The team was punctual, polite and very organised. They brought the right protective wraps/blankets, handled heavier items with confidence, and were mindful of walls/door frames. The whole move ran smoothly and they even double-checked where we wanted things placed.

Moved from loganlea to gladstone, and from gladstone to tannum sands with rodricks. I can not talk any higher off these guys. The communication and skill from not only management and staff.... is nothink but the best. Honestly made my whole experience stress less and easy. The guy with the big truck to move me up from logan( wayne ) I think was very helpful and polite and ( jack ) to move me from gladstone to tannum, take my hat off to him for the help and patience he provided.
