Do NOT use this company. Left my handicapped wife in a wheel chair stranded at Suncorp stadium on Sunday night. Booking was a return and prepaid.

I was stood up by Black Lane at Brisbane (paid for by Silverseas). Nobody turned up. They sent me an email saying "sorry" and here are 2 x $75 US vouchers for your next trip. I tried to use this voucher on a $40km trip but found the fare is about 5 times the cost of an Uber. So a trip that should have cost me $30 US was costing $116 US and therefor the 75 US voucher still left me with a cost of well over an UBER fare. 1. Why cant they quote in the currency of the country they are working in - surely this should be the law. 2. Why cant they have a phone connect rather than London or Paris - not much good to you when you are left high and dry at Brisbane Airport. 3. If they are compensating you for bad service why cant they give you a ride with no strings attached. Terrible service - stick to UBer. I would give no stars if I could.

Left us stranded in the cold with nothing other than a pathetic apology hours after we made it home in a taxi.. and still charged me for the service I didn’t receive. Avoid these guys.

We used Blacklane Friday night from Suncorp stadium to Burpengary. Our driver Shane was waiting for us 15 minutes before booking time and had excellent communication. The ride home was relaxing. Shane had a great sense of humour and was easy to talk to. Highly recommend! Will be using Blacklane Again
