This is the second time my wife and I have used OzE Chauffeurs for transport to and from Melbourne Airport for overseas trips. Sam runs a very professional business with excellent communication, a clean modern and spacious fleet, (we have been in 3 different vehicles) and safe and friendly drivers. We hired a Mercedes Sprinter Van from OzE Chauffeurs for our wedding. The van comfortably seated our bridal party (8 passengers total) and a large amount of luggage. Our driver Matt was lovely. He safely and comfortably chauffeured us for 5 hours between our house, photo locations and venue. Would recommend to anyone needing a chaffeur. Thanks OzE Chauffeurs for your service!

I have been incredibly impressed with the service Sam and the team at OzE Chauffeurs have provided to my family and I. They have always arrived early when picking up, drop us a text message to let us know when they are here, know exactly where they are going and with a fleet of well maintained cars/van. They helped me out recently too when I got an earlier flight home and they were more than happy to help move the timings around for picking up at the airport. WOW!! Absolutely wonderful, what a great service. We travel from Melbourne Airport to the city and a few days later back to the airport. Our driver was prompt, courteous and so helpful. The value for money is great. As we were travelling with a baby I rang Melbourne Taxis requesting a car seat, they informed me that by law they were not required to provide a car seat for one of the most vulnerable passengers in a taxi if there was an accident. I googled chauffeur driven cars and found these guys. I am so thrilled I did. We requested a people mover as we had a lot of luggage and also requested a car seat for the baby. Our driver was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage even assembling the pram. He dropped us off at the door and insisted on taking our entire luggage in for us. When we were returning he was waiting for us and loaded all the luggage back in. The service was first class, the vehicles was luxurious and really at a small cost. Our baby is too precious not to use this service, so thank you for having a great, easy accessible service.

Thank you so much for making the changes I requested, it was very good of you to change things around for me after my flights were cancelled! you went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate your calls and confirmation emails. I would also like to say how good your driver was for both our pickup and return to the airport. He was friendly, polite, helpful and great to have a chat to. He was a pleasure to see on Sunday... after having to try and change flights for 7 people, with very little help from Jetstar!! they should take note of the way you deal with your customers, they could definitely learn a thing or two from your service.
