TK Maxx Willetton

FIX YOUR CLOSING TIMES ON GOOGLE. We called prior to ask about the opening times as it says on google they close at 12am, they said they closed at 5 we drove 27 minutes because this is what you call "south of the river" and this is the only TK Maxx south of the river. The two indian workers at the front door, including the security guard were RUDELY turning people away but only selectively doing it to younger people. They were letting older people through and were extremely rude to us, how do you call this south of the river? Also you people just opened so you should be nice to customers. I understand if they were turning people away 5mins before closing but it looked like the two were turning people away for longer than that. This is unacceptable and you need to fix your system, don’t say you close at a time and close earlier. If you close at 5pm, close at that time not earlier. They didn’t even use their words, just waving in people’s faces, use your words kindly. Don’t be rude to younger people because we are your customers. You need better workers. I would rather drive and make the Midland TK Maxx.

Store times are inaccurate, called them just to double check and was told they closed at 5. After making the 30 minute drive, we show up to find that they are refusing customers 15 minutes BEFORE they CLOSE. Once we were rudely sent back, we saw they were selectively were allowing others inside. Not only does the website show the wrong hours but the workers are unsure of closing times. I understand wanting customers out at close, but refusing customers during your confirmed opening times is wild. Never had these kinds of issues at TK maxx in Midland. Do better.

So many cute stuff you can’t find anywhere! 🎀✨ The cashier lady was very nice to me as well. Went there on their grand opening day.

The team members are amazing and very helpful! The store is beautifully organised and taken care of! Very proud of the team and the beginning of such a wonderful TK Maxx store!♥️♥️

Almost as amazing as a TJ Maxx, but not as messy and chaotic as I like!

Very good place for skincare, the odd clothes, and some homewares. Not very cheap (re price) but discounted.
