Extremely disappointed with this store. Before purchasing a watch, I clearly asked if they could adjust the bracelet length later. I was told very confidently and repeatedly that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I came back, they suddenly said they don’t even have the tool to adjust the watch I bought. It’s obvious they say whatever is necessary to close a sale without bothering to check if it’s actually true. Misleading and unprofessional.

I had a really great experience at this store! I was the lady you helped pick out the evil eye earrings. Justin and a lovely lady (whose name I didn’t catch as I was in a rush) were both incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist me, and their friendly attitude made my visit so much easier. Thank you both!

The sales rep working on the 30th of jan at 2:30 pm, was judgemental, rude and arrogant from the start. After purchasing a bracelet when asked to clarify regarding the bracelets legitimacy she was quick to judge and replied rather sarcastically that they don’t lie stating it was on the receipt and brushed us off. She was very prejudice when clarifying about the other bracelets in the shop saying that it was too expensive in-sighting that it was over "$1000 over dollars, it’s very expensive!" .I would not spend my money here with a sales rep such as her although there a so many interesting and beautiful designs . I was about to purchase more for my daughter today but decided not to after being insulted this way in person in front of other customers. It’s sad to see that there are people like this around . Regardless I am happy I bought the bracelet for my daughter as she loved it.

My personal experience has been great being first timer with this store. Sister bought silver diamond earrings for my daughter as gift and we found that one of the diamond was missing in the earring post coming home. We reported the same to staff over phone explaining the issue. Joy from the staff was really helpful to acknowledge the issue and help us to replace the earring after couple of weeks while we could visit with the purchased piece in exact condition. Thanks to store manager and Joy both for good customer experience.

Amazing service and pricing, it was actually my first time even registering this store. I just wanted to take a moment to say that Vesna, the lady who served me when I walked in was just absolutely amazing. Even though they were shutting down, I explained the emergency I was in needing to secure a gift for a loved ones birthday. I do not usually ever write reviews but I knew I had to after that amazing experience
