Woolworths Werribee Central

One of the front fire exit doors is blocked Despite raising the issue it was not fixed. Store Manager I've been told is aware. Not good.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this store. I arrived on time to pick up my order and had to wait for more than 10 minutes. I was initially told my order would be picked up next, but then informed that someone else’s order would be prioritized, and I’d have to wait another 10–15 minutes. Even after speaking with the manager, there was no resolution. This delay and lack of proper coordination are unacceptable — it raises serious concerns about the store’s management and customer service standards.

I've been a customer of woolworths central for years, last Saturday the 17th Jan did made shopping and included a block of cheese Italian Romano with the display reduced price witch attracted me. On pay out time the lady that processed charged a very high price , when questioned, she said what what the scan was. Up on challenging her rude response I requested to see the store manager , she replayed no need to , I will come and investigate, so she left the register and followed me , upon reaching the cheese area she raised her voice saying the the yallow price tag was displayed in the front item was wrong. Me, pointing out that the item ,brand ,etc was correct she insisted some had moved the sale tag. So I register a refund , .back at the register she scan the receipt, nothing was happening after 10 mins waiting, watching her trying to get me a refund without any success . I took the expensive priced cheese ,thank her and walked away. What a discraced customer service. Regards Michael.

I’m not happy. I’ve been doing on line deliveries for a while. Unfortunately Woolworths central has been slack with my orders. I select a time frame and my last few orders have been coming an hour late. I pay for a service and should have my order within that frame time.. definitely not happy especially when I have plans and have to be late because woollies can’t up hold delivery on time

Special Thawed extra large Australian green tiger prawns $16kg. They didn’t have them advertised at counter ask a staff member he got a catalog prawns on front of catalog but could not find them in the deli department wasted 15min of my time. Very bad management

Looks an old store, ample car park, products well stocked & closer to train station. Ice cream on special this week!!!

Nice and big Woolworth in Werribee central, next to Bunnings. Big parking area and big isles. Good shopping experience.
