This Pacific Werribee branch composed of Barbra, Meg and Jordyn always provide excellent customer service with a smile - very welcoming, kind, does not pessure me to buy and know their products very well. The team was responsive, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I have already bought 3 watches from them and they have always given me a positive customer service experience. I ordered a watch online that was out of stock, and Jordyn was incredibly helpful with the process. When I stopped by the store to check on the order, I met Barbie, who went absolutely above and beyond. The watch hadn't arrived yet, but she took the time to show me other beautiful pieces in stock. What really impressed me was that it was already past closing time, yet she never rushed me and remained patient and pleasant throughout. This level of service is exceptional. We will definitely be returning to this store!

I was browsing jewellery stores to get a watch for my sister’s birthday. Came into Wallace Bishop and received the best customer service out of all the stores I went to. Sales associate Meg was very helpful and welcoming. Meg helped my sister try on as many watches as she wanted to find the best one without rushing us. She was so easy to talk to and personalised the whole experience to my sister’s birthday. There was no pressure to make a purchase on the spot either but we kept thinking of the amazing customer service and decided to come back to buy the watch.

The staff were genuinely very friendly and lovely to deal with, which I appreciated. I brought in my husband’s grandmother’s ring to be resized, so it was quite sentimental to me. Unfortunately, the resizing wasn’t done properly and the process felt a bit rushed. Despite being told the size was right, the ring is now at least two sizes too big. I paid a significant amount for the resizing, so it’s disappointing to have a result that isn’t wearable. She was very kind, and I don’t doubt the good intentions, but I do wish more care and time had been taken to ensure the sizing was right.
