Clothes racks are cramped so tightly,you risk making multiple garments fall off their hanger or to the ground when you try to look at sizes or more of the garment you're interested in. Fabric is getting frayed and tangled across hangers. Worst of all, the state of the fitting cubicles! Most of which were taken up with boxes - this store must have a surplus of inventory if you need to use the cubicles as well as your wide open storage room. Stained curtains that don't provide ANY privacy to unhygienic (looked like used chewing gum on the wall), squishy spaces. There were large gaps both sides of the curtain no matter what I tried. It looked like someone had made a sad attempt to create Velcro ancor-points but they were in need of replacement too. I'm glad none of the women passing by had men with them, I may as well have been in a public change room. Really poor standards. Basic systems and care are not in place. I should have read the most recent review before coming here. More importantly, the owners/managers need to be reading their reviews!

the indian lady cashier has no manners at all. the store was quiet and yet she was acting so rude. did not greet me and asked if i wanted a bag. and left the bag on the counter and made no eye contact. y’all can’t be this desperate for staff on a weekend??

I recently visited the Valley Girl store and wanted to try on a few dresses. Unfortunately, my experience with the fitting room was disappointing. The fitting area was quite dirty, and the privacy curtains did not close properly. While I was changing, a staff member passed through, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I would appreciate it if the store could maintain proper hygiene and ensure that fitting rooms provide complete privacy for customers. This would make the shopping experience much more pleasant and respectful. Thanks

Very friendly staff, loved going there. Jess (one of the staff members) has the best customer services and looks after store as well as selling products. She really helped us to find the perfect outfit. She is a big assets for the store as she is so lovely and helpful. Thank you again!!

Rude Staff , the girl on counter the way she was looking absolutely not acceptable. Must have proper training how to treat customers.

Worst staff I ever met, I don’t think that the staff had any training how to treat customers, they don’t even know the meaning of respect word may be they never heard of it.
