Best customer service me and my brother had in a while today! 2 lovely boys working around 1.30pm went out there way to help me find the jacket I wanted in the right size really appreciate it and will be back!!!
Terrible customer service at the Pacific Werribee store. Compared to stores like Glassons or General Pants, the service here is shocking.
Yesterday i went into universal Werribee and had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Other universal stores I go to always have the most welcoming staff but this one not a single person acknowledged us, not a single hello and not one of them offered help when we very obviously needed help with jeans. I searched through all the jeans to find sizes while someone stood at the register and didn’t utter a word. Not even a goodbye when leaving the store. We actually felt invisible. If I could give no stars I would. My friend and I were gobsmacked by the experience.
The 3 girls working all were sitting at the back making my partner and I feel super uncomfortable by staring at us and making annoyed faces by rolling their eyes and huffing. Was a really bad experience. Felt like we had to leave as my partner became super uncomfortable.
went in yesterday (sunday 7/5) and had the BEST service I’ve ever received from any retailer! I was looking for a few new pairs of jeans and the girl working the fitting rooms was an absolute dream! We had the best chat, she was super helpful with grabbing more sizes and styles, and was also super knowledgeable about the stretch and the way the jeans will wear in! This is not the first time me and my friend have visited and bought jeans from here and it won’t be the last! I didn’t catch the girls name who was working but she was wearing a scarf and she absolutely deserves recognition for how fantastic of a job she’s doing!!!
the worker frances is extremely useless & just didn't help when i asked her to help me like just completely ignoring me & other customers.. no idea why hire someone so incompetent? why employ people that refuse to do their job?
Went in yesterday. Very good customer service. Spacious enough changing rooms to try on different clothes. Worth the price. Front check out guy was nice
