TK Maxx Werribee

Suitcase handle broke during normal use on first international trip. TK Maxx refused to assist and claimed they are only a reseller. I would not recommend buying travel goods from TK Maxx if you expect reliability or after-sales support. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers should not be pushed between retailer and manufacturer when a product fails due to poor quality. Selling luggage that cannot withstand basic use and then refusing to help is very poor customer service.

I came and purchased a bag on Friday and I suspected leaving my frank green at the checkout. When i came back to look Hanan was so incredibly sweet and accommodating. Whilst she couldnt find it she took all my details and triple checked everywhere!! Even though she couldnt find it she went above and beyond for me and im so grateful for her wonderful efforts! She put a smile on my face simply by being a beautiful human who was empathetic over a situation that seemed so small

Great varieties of garments, hand bags, travel bags and shoes in Pacific Werribee. Prices are a bit expensive compared to BigW and Target, but still worth visiting this store you might find a unique product specially ladies hand bags and garments.

I generally have great experience at this store but today at checkout I was served by young girl name bhumika and she was very rude and not communication skills at all. But other store staff were good and smiling except her.

Today I bought a perfume and had checked if there was a box that came with it for safety purposes. However within 5min it had accidentally fallen on the floor from a low countertop inside a bag yet had still broken at the top where the lid is put so any cracks present may have been hidden when buying. Later I had spoken to Shane the manager to ask for an exchange due to the poor quality of the bottle. I had never bought or seen a perfume that was this fragile and of such poor quality. Although I checked with the manager about the trustworthiness of their products I was left disappointed regarding the fact that she said that not all products are of good brands so this shows you should be more careful when purchasing items from tkmax.

Big thank you to all the staff at werribee for looking after me, when I almost fainted in the store. Sorry! I don't have yiur names but the whole team was amazing. You guys are superstars!! Lovely bunch of caring ladies!
