The Clinic Complete Family Medical & Skin Centre - Werribee

I’ve had such a positive experience with Werribee Medical Practice. The team genuinely cares about their patients and has been incredibly supportive of both me and my family. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure all our medical and therapeutic needs are looked after with kindness and professionalism. It’s reassuring to have a clinic we trust, where everyone feels welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable healthcare.

Have been visiting the clinic for 8 years now. Dr Sudeep Kolli and all the nurses are amazing , reception staff is always welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Called on behalf of my partner to make a basic consult appt in the future, receptionist was surprisingly rude and dismissive. She said "see you at 10:30 bye" but I said woah wait hang on, we didn’t even speak about a time preference, or the date- it’s for another day, not today. She then pushed back and for some reason tried to argue that it needed to be today, and presumed I was confused. I reiterated that I needed the appointment for another day, late afternoon. This continued back and forth for a little while. I found myself explaining details that were not necessary and invasive almost to barter for this spot. Wondering why this person can’t just action the customers request for an appointment for the following day. Tried to keep my voice polite and friendly but she didn’t say goodbye and slammed the phone down on me. Hasn’t left me feeling very nice.

Dr Fizza is without a doubt one of the best doctors I have encountered in my life. She is very caring and remembers small details which I’ve not had before in a GP. Couldn’t recommend her enough

The absolute best when it comes to care for you and your family. They take time in diagnosis and treat you like a real person, making sure they get you the best result. Everything about the clinic is what you want in a doctors! So clean, very calming and are thorough. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
