Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Werribee store today. Unfortunately, the young staff member assisting me lacked the necessary customer service skills and knowledge of store policies, leading to a frustrating experience. Despite my expectations of a higher level of service from Tarocash, the staff member displayed a dismissive attitude, frequently answered questions with "No" or "I don't know," and showed a lack of empathy. Furthermore, their constant drinking of water while attending to me was distracting and unprofessional. I appreciate the efforts of the other staff member who eventually assisted me, as they provided a more satisfactory experience. However, I am concerned that the undertrained staff member may provide similar experiences to other customers, potentially damaging the reputation of your company. I hope you will address the following issues: - Provide adequate training to staff on customer service and store policies - Emphasize the importance of empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions - Review store procedures to prevent similar experiences in the future I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary actions to improve the customer experience at Tarocash.

Terrible service and rude, the opening hours stated 9am and was waiting until 9:10 when the girl finally decided to show up and then while I was waiting for her to open she turned the lights on and came out to what I thought was open the security screens but instead closed them back over and I asked when she plans to open the store only to be told she was just going to get a quick coffee….. at 9:15 hmmm ok then I guess I’ll wait…. I came back 10min later to finally get into the store and didn’t feel welcome and decided to just go a few stores up where I then spent $859 on a new suit and shoes….. think I know where I’ll spend my money next time too Do better!!

We had the pleasure of being greeted by Peniel who upon arrival asked my husband what look he was after and I knew he was in good hands. Peniel put together an entire out fit from head to toe including shoes and when hubby came out the change room my jaw dropped. He looked a million bucks all thanks to his exceptional customer service & listening to our needs & wants. We are all about customer service and today's experience Sat 18th Jan was by far a 10/10. I love leaving reviews when we have incredible correspondence and honestly Peniel deserves a pay rise and not just a pat on the back. He is an asset to the business and we need more like him. Also want to say that Mayra had an input as well to our experience and had a friendly approach. Her Smile was infectious and her mannerisms was outstanding. Both staff members today blew our socks off and we are regulars at this store and this was the only time I felt my review was valid. Thank you guys for taking great care of Santo. Knowing he is sorted a few days from the wedding eases my mind and I can relax knowing his sorted. Keep up the excellent service!!! Kind regards Lilly & Santo

Recently bought a very good quality suite for my husband from this store. Help from in-store staff was great Inspite of busy sunday. Prices are reasonable if U choose a full pair. Alterations are extras and I felt that bit more. All matching and contrast accessories are also available but the prices of those are on higher side compared to the overall suite. 5 star for only this store and staff to help us select and purchase what we came for.

Very poor service, didn’t feel welcome in the store or attended to at all. Purchased a suit which needed to be altered and paid a lot of money for it to find out the alteration wasn’t done properly. Staff in the store including the store manager need to have a hard think as to whether a job in customer service is right for them.

Well priced goods. Impressed that many of the shirts on sale were 100% Cotton. Friendly and helpful shop assistant. She gave good advice about 29yo male clothing preferences. Recommended store for buyung young men's clothes.
