Had ordered several items online for collection. Collection went smoothly until I realised they had only given me part of the order. Had to go back the next day to collect the rest and none of the 3 shop assistants said sorry for the inconvenience, nor admitted that it was an error. This is why I'll go to Pandora in future. Rubbish!
I absolutely love Swarovski Jewels (Jewellery) - so very luxurious in every way, even down to the packaging. The whole experience makes every special day a glorious occasion when you purchase a gorgeous piece. I would like to personally thank Susanne, who is, to say the least, a wonderful consultant with Superior Customer Service Skills. Annie, the Store Manager, is always available to help, and they both "go out of their way" to ensure you are happy with your purchase and that you remember the special occasion affectionately because of the respect, assistance, and dedication they both have towards their customers. Five Stars Highly Recommended.

Staff at this store did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or professionalism expected in a major shopping mall. Even after a second visit, the same employees remained unfriendly and unhelpful, which was disappointing.
This shop is very small compared to the other Swarovski shop,,, but customer service is super friendly & exceptional,,, specially with Annie & Riyana,,, they both r very cooperative & helped me decide the best options 👌...thank you girls,,keep up the good work👍
