The Italian Manager and the other south American sale associate Olivera were so kind they had pre booked my watch even before me assuring them I’ll come back again n get it after 3hrs. They were also too kind to get my strap size resizing 2 times without any hesitation post 5 days from purchase. No Racism no Dramas pure customer excellence. Kudos to the team.
