DO NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. I wish I checked the review before proceeding. I went in on 1/2/26 to get a new key cut/programmed for my car as I thought I lost the original one. Ended up finding the original one but still got this one done as a backup. When I needed to use the spare the key earlier in the week, it didn’t work. Went to use the spare key again a couple days ago and boom again didn’t work. I even took a video to show them it wasn’t working but they didn’t even want to watch it. Went back in-store today to tell them about it and maybe arrange getting a new one done or a refund as they have a 12 month warranty and the service was disgusting. I was very rudely served. The girl was constantly talking over me and never letting me get a word in. She called her manager for an opinion and she then sprayed what they claimed to be ‘cleaner’ on the circuit breaker and then proceeded to tell me I’ve water damaged it. They never even came to the car to test the key first. How is a key that has been hanging on a hook for 2 weeks NEVER USED been water damaged. I was then told that they’d do a new key for me if I’m happy to pay $250 for it. I’ve already paid $550 for a key that’s meant to have a 12 month warranty why should I have to pay another $250.

Last week in Melbourne, I experienced a serious issue with my car key. It suddenly stopped working and left me stuck in the car, which was very stressful. Excellent customer service at Mister Minit Werribee. I had my Toyota car key done here and the service was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Job: Battery replacement and pressure testing for two watches (Edifice & Titan). Condition: Barely used and previously pressure tested successfully at another Mister Minit in Geelong. Issues: 1. Was told service would take an hour, but after two hours, pressure testing hadn’t even started—complete waste of time. 2. Both watches failed pressure testing, but staff seemed unsure and hinted at equipment issues. 3. When collected, time wasn’t set, sub-dials were misaligned, and the light function (which worked before) was no longer working. Overall, poor service and lack of professionalism. I had to cancel an appointment due to delays, and now both watches are worse off just before I fly overseas. The pressure testing at this outlet felt unreliable and possibly faulty. Because of travelling, won't be able to visit this store and demand repairs until December.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Minute Werribee Plaza. While I was away, my wife kindly went in to have the battery on my watch replaced. The staff upsold her into replacing the watch band as well. She specifically asked if it could be changed later if I didn’t like it, and was assured that I could come back and have it swapped. When I returned, I felt the new band was too thin and not suitable. I hadn’t even worn it — the watch hadn’t been used at all. But when I went back to the store, I was told they wouldn't exchange it due to "health concerns." This is a steel watch band — claiming health reasons for not exchanging it is frankly ridiculous, especially after I was promised otherwise. I asked to speak with the manager, and all he offered was a discount on a new band. That’s not good enough. My wife was misled, and now I’m being asked to spend more money to fix their mistake. It’s incredibly disappointing to see this kind of service. I expected honesty and integrity, not upselling and empty promises.
