I am a new client to Melbourne Jewellers which is opposite The Pacific Plaza in Hoppers Crossing. Maz who is the Proprietor sets a fitting example of professionalism, and a reputable Store with up to the minute designs and old-fashioned standards is refreshing to witness. Loan and Naomi are front of house who are warm, and helpful. They invite you in and treat you as if you are the only person on the planet. The service is outstanding and the quality of workmanship is exemplary, second to none. Maz is charming and immediately disarms you making you feel at ease whilst stepping you through each process and a true professional. The beautiful work is evident because you can see his passion for the craft. The repairs for my rings, bracelets, and pendant almost took my breath away to see the restoration completed and brought back to their former glory. Thank you Maz and bless you all. My grandson asked for his grandfathers ring which needed to be resized a few sizes. Maz wasn’t able to do this as the stone would’ve cracked so took it to another premises to have it lasered. We appreciated Maz’s response to our request and how he made inquiries to see if another jeweller could help. I also liked how he took the time to engage with us in conversation. I just picked up my engagement ring and my eternity ring to be repaired by Melbourne Jewellers.My engagement ring is 53 yrs old and l had lost a fair sized diamond on my E/Ring and a smaller one on my Et/Ring. But it is still Beautiful. I also needed all the claws fixed and rings resized.They did a fabulous job and they look brand new . I am so stoked by the wonderful job they did,l wish l could send a photo ,but l don't know how to.
