Ghanda Clothing Werribee

My girlfriend and I bought two bathers (worth around $100) from Gandha. We only tried them on briefly in the fitting room and then continued shopping around the plaza. We never left the shopping centre. About one hour later, we returned to exchange them because we found better bathers elsewhere. The staff clearly remembered us and even acknowledged that we had not left the centre. However, they told us we had to wait for the manager, who was away for about 15 minutes, and asked us to leave the items with them during that time. When the manager arrived, she refused the return, blaming "hygiene issues." This made absolutely no sense. If hygiene were truly the issue, then how are bathers allowed to be tried on in fitting rooms at all? By that logic, every item tried on should be removed from sale. Just to keep her job she insists on not returning the items absolutely disgusting way of treating customers like this.

I came in earlier this week, and was after something I seen online. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed and asked if I needed assistance. Cindy, the lady who assisted me was extremely helpful. She was looking for what I was after; the store did not stock it, however she showed me other options and also found the same style but different colour so I could try on, and I can order what I wanted online and gave me a promotional free shipping code so I can get what I need. Thank you Cindy, best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Much appreciated your help ✌🏽

Shout out to the Manager at Ghanda Werribee. Each time I have gone in, she has been so welcoming and friendly. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience and tried everything in her power to rectify a damage garment for me. She has remembered me each time (been in the store only 4 times) and just makes you feel good about yourself. Keep doing what youre doing x

Came in today young blonde girl helped me with picking Christmas presents. Even though she was clearly busy she dropped everything to greet me and asked me if I needed help. I managed to get everything I needed and more. Great customer service. 👍

About a month ago I witnessed the manager berating her employees for the most trivial reasons. I didn't want to ask the employee for the managers name on the day so I decided I would come back another time so I could write this complaint; I came in yesterday and learned her name is Lily. The superiority complex and disrespectful attitude Lily has towards her employees is appalling and I won't be shopping here again; I don't endorse this kind of behaviour so I will take my money elsewhere. To the employee that told me Lily's name (I won't be naming them, they've done nothing wrong), you're doing a fantastic job and I'm sorry you have to put up with such a tyrant.

absolutely in love with the clothes from here! SO impressed by how neat it is in there. I thought I would post this because every time I come in I receive amazing customer service from the girls without fail, which you don't get everywhere. They are always willing to help and I appreciate them juggling multiple customers at a time, particularly when working by themselves in busy times!
