We had such a fantastic experience at this clothing store from start to finish! I called ahead to reserve an item for my partner, and the process couldn't have been easier—super smooth and efficient. A special shout-out to Ally, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. You can tell the staff here are attentive and take pride in providing great service. The store itself is well-organised and stylish, with a great selection of pieces. I’ll be coming back—both for the clothes and the top-notch customer service!

I was there today . Walked in picked the shopping and got to the counter and no one came to serve me as they met a friend so everyone was too busy chit chatting with each other as they were socialising in a bar with friends. Terrible no customer service the older girl should no better . I was happy to go home but my friend said no no it’s ok I work in customer service too but I never tread proper like that I will never go back again to your store. I rather go to HighPoint as the service is great in High point.

Nice store, lovely staff. Clean. We’ll later out. Nice to see lots of variety in sizing now. I bit annoyed still finding it hard to find my size. It always goes 8,10,16. I get it, the common sizes go first. Just a bit annoying. I did end up finding a beautiful jacket. Cheers.

Came in today and had a look at the sales and these two girls Elly and catherine helped me pick out a beautiful brown coat , they offered guidance and advice about the material and design . Left the store very happy and will definitely be coming back.

We went in today to buy a dress we hadn’t planned on getting, and it was clear that the staff member who served us yesterday wasn’t pleased. When we returned, we found that despite a 20% off sign on the rack, no discount was applied at checkout. When we mentioned this and even pointed out the signs, the staff member was adamant that there was no discount. It was only after we checked online and showed them that the dress was listed at 25% off on the Forever New website that they finally refunded and charged the correct amount. If you shop here, always double-check the prices. Discounts displayed in-store may not be honoured at checkout, and staff may insist there is no discount even when signage says otherwise. We nearly overpaid by $40—don’t let the same happen to you.

Worst customer experience ever. On 2 ocassions with 2 different staff, both had no intention of helping or accepting if they have made a mistake. They just let you be unhappy with no attempt to try and help or look into a matter or try and fix it. Highpoint store is much better.

1 star cos can’t give 0. In store today. Myself, my partner and 1 other elderly lady only people in store at time. Both the lady and I were trying on things. 2 young ladies working cared more about their weekend gossip then even greeting a customer. Could literally walk straight past the counter she wouldn’t even get a how are you. Can I help. Anyone in the fitting rooms for sizing etc. Worst customer service ever and level of maturity is non existent !! Appalled and won’t be stepping foot in store again. Avoid !! Let me guess… manager is probably 18 as well ?? You must take pride in your staff when no management around to over see anything ! A+ for effort.
