From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Very unprofessional experience at Dubai Jewellers Werribee. The owner seems more focused on making TikTok videos with Punjabi songs than running a serious jewellery business. Customer service and integrity should come first, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Communication was inconsistent, commitments were not honoured, and the overall approach felt careless and unreliable. When you are dealing with precious metal and large amounts of money, professionalism and trust are everything — and sadly that was missing here. Would not recommend if you value honesty and proper business conduct. Hope you remember us , we waited more than 3 weeks for your reply or call back before going on google reviews

Very disappointed with my experience at Dubai Jewellers Werribee. The owner agreed to purchase my bullion, confirmed the rate, messaged me the total amount, and asked for a $1,000 transfer to lock in the price. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded in good faith. The next day, when the rate declined slightly, he refused to honour the agreed price — not even willing to settle $5,000 less than what was originally promised. Backing out after confirming the deal and completely breaks trust. Even told him that I am using this money to buy my first home and now that home deal has been canceled If you are dealing in bullion, reliability and honouring agreed prices is everything. Unfortunately, this business did not stand by their word. Hope KARMA GETS HIM Not trustworthy at all. Proceed with caution.
